Watch out for: It plans the site but does not build or host it; you still build it yourself.

Watch out for: One site per account, on its own platform rather than WordPress, and no service × city page structure.
10Web: ai wordpress sites with hosting
An AI website builder on WordPress with its own hosting. AI Starter is $20/month for 1 website, AI Premium $30 for 2 and AI Ultimate $45 for 4, about half that on yearly billing, with a 30-day money-back guarantee (10web.io).
Watch out for: Priced per hosted website, and it builds a general business site, not a service × city structure with local research.
Zizta: existing zizta users
A local website builder inside a suite of AI SEO tools (rank tracker, article writer and more): auto-generated SEO content, AI images and themes (zizta.com).
Watch out for: Its builder page lists no per-site price, hosting or WordPress export.
Grandview (free plugin): city pages on your own site
A free WordPress plugin that creates a page for every service and city you enter, with LocalBusiness schema and your tracking number in each call to action (WordPress.org).
Watch out for: You design the site, write the content and host it; fewer than 10 active installs when checked.
DIY WordPress: learning on 1–2 sites
Buy hosting, install WordPress, import an Elementor template and write every page yourself.
Watch out for: A site with 8 services and 8 cities is about 20 pages to write and optimise: days of work per site.
