Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SetToRank (the "service"): the website builder, the hosting of the websites you build, and everything in your account. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You need to be at least 18 and give a real email address. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your password and your WordPress logins private.
2. What the service does
SetToRank builds WordPress websites for local service businesses from your answers and our content library, publishes them to a WordPress site (ours or yours), and forwards the leads their contact forms receive. You can edit every site in WordPress and Elementor.
3. Plans, hosting and payments
- A plan (Starter: 3 new sites a month for $47; Pro: 10 new sites a month for $97; Agency: 30 new sites a month for $197, or yearly for the price of 10 months) lets you build that many new sites each calendar month. Unused sites do not carry over. Re-publishing and edits are unlimited.
- Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel from the Billing page. After cancelling, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Hosting is a separate add-on per site. Each site hosted by us starts with a free 14-day trial on a SetToRank address, hidden from search engines.
- When a trial ends, the site goes offline. Nothing is deleted, and you can keep it later.
- To keep a site, you subscribe to hosting for that site: $10 per month or $79 per year ($8 / $64 on the Pro plan, $6 / $49 on Agency), billed in advance through PayPal. The rate is set when you subscribe the site and stays until you cancel it, even if you change plans (PayPal account or card). Prices can change for new periods; we tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
- You can cancel any time from the site's page. The site stays online until the end of the period you paid for, then goes offline. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
4. Your domain
You buy and own your domain at any registrar and point it to us with the DNS records we show. We connect it and issue its SSL certificate. If hosting ends, you keep the domain.
5. Your content and your sites
You own the sites you build and the content you add. You give us the permission we need to host, copy and display them to run the service. You can export your WordPress content at any time while the site is online, or publish it to your own hosting.
You are responsible for what your sites say. Only publish true information about the business: its real phone number, licenses, ratings and reviews. Do not use the service for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to send spam, or to impersonate a business without its permission. We may suspend a site that breaks these rules.
6. Content we provide
Site text, cost ranges, permit and license information come from our research library and public sources. They are general information, not legal or professional advice, and rules change. Check anything important with the local authority before relying on it.
7. Leads
Contact-form submissions are stored in the site's WordPress and in your dashboard, and emailed to the address you set. You are responsible for how you and the business you rent the site to use them.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service and hosted sites online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search engine rankings or a number of leads.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SetToRank is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and cancel your plan and hosting at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its hosted sites go offline.
11. Changes and contact
