This policy explains what SetToRank collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a hashed password. If you build a site without an account, the email you give us to send it to you.
• Sites: the business details you enter (name, phone, email, services, cities, logo, colors) and the pages built from them.
• Leads: what visitors send through your sites' contact forms (usually name, phone, email, city and message).
• Payments: handled by PayPal. We receive the subscription status and dates, never your card details.
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you logged in, standard server logs, and Microsoft Clarity analytics (how pages are used, with form inputs masked) to improve the product.

How we use it

To build, host and publish your sites, deliver leads to the address you set, take payments for hosting, keep the service secure and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run SetToRank: our hosting provider (servers, domains and SSL), PayPal (payments), our email provider (lead and account emails), and an AI provider that researches city information. Only city and state names are sent for that research, never your or your visitors' personal details.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete a site or your account, its data is removed from the service within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records).

Visitors to sites built with SetToRank

The business that uses the site decides what to do with the leads it receives. Visitors can ask that business, or us, to delete their details.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it you can change in your account; for anything else, contact us at the contact details in your account.
