Why rank and rent sites need a management tool
With one site you remember everything. With ten you are tracking ten domains, ten hosting renewals, ten renters and ten lead emails, and a missed renewal takes a ranking site offline. A single list with the status of each site is what keeps a portfolio earning.
What the dashboard shows
- Every site with its niche, city and number of leads
- Status: live, ready or free preview
- Domain: your own domain or the free SetToRank address
- Hosting: paid until when, or days left on the free trial with a warning near the end
- Hosted sites tab to see only the sites you host with SetToRank
Managing a single site
Open any site to see its leads, change the lead email when a renter changes, connect or change its domain, keep or cancel its hosting, open WP Admin and re-publish after edits. Moving a site to a new renter is one email change.
Hosting at scale
Hosting is per site at $10/month, $8 on Pro and $6 on Agency, or yearly for less. Keep the sites that rank and let the rest expire without deleting anything. See pricing.
Dashboard FAQ
Can I manage sites hosted somewhere else?
Sites published to your own WordPress hosting with the connector plugin appear in the dashboard with their leads; hosting for those is handled by your host.
Can a renter log in?
You can give the renter the site's WordPress login, or keep it and just send the leads. The dashboard stays yours.
Do I own a site built with SetToRank?
Yes. It is a normal WordPress site with Elementor pages and its own login. Host it with SetToRank on your own domain, or publish it to your own WordPress hosting.
Can I try SetToRank before paying?
